My name is Iulia and I am a psychology graduate, currently studying contemporary dance.
I have always been passionate about nature, adventure and movement. For a lot of years, I've been focused on developing my practices in Yoga, Acroyoga, climbing and dance. I am a very optimistic and energetic person, and I love spending time in the sunshine.

My teaching practice is focused on bringing a balance between the the body and the mind, incorporating knowledge from the traditional yoga practice into a creative and adaptative practice ( created for your needs). I want my classes to be fun as well as engaging, in order to recharge your energy and mind.
The classes are for all levels!
If you are curious about trying out a new thing, you want to improve your practice, or you want to share your practice with someone, this if for you!
