I help those looking to gain confidence in effective communication and increase balance in their professional lives.
Perhaps you need to boost your confidence in speaking English for conferences, business trips, dealing with customers or managing an English speaking team? Do you have an interview on the horizon that you could use a little help to prepare for so you can smash it? Or maybe you are finding yourself losing momentum and motivation in what you are doing and getting easily distracted? Through one-to-one coaching I support you in achieving your goals.
Sessions follow the coaching process in which we (clarify and) work towards your clearly outlined goals to get a plan in place to push you gently out of your comfort zone in order to achieve success. I use different techniques and exercises depending on the needs of the client and look at themes such as how you express yourself (both verbally and non-verbally) to be understood clearly and communicate in the most effective way possible, ways to get past those beliefs holding you back and how we can reignite your motivation.
