Hi! I’m César Pérez Minchola — a passionate, patient, and award-winning educator with more than 13 years of experience teaching Business and Economics at high school and university levels. I teach in English or Spanish, depending on your preference, although this course is usually delivered in English in most IB schools.
Before fully dedicating myself to education, I worked as an economist in the fields of consulting and finance. This experience allows me to bring real-world business knowledge into my lessons. Over the years, I’ve worked at several respected local universities as both a part-time and full-time professor.
I hold a degree in Economics and a Master's in Management from a top business school. I am certified by the International Baccalaureate (IB) to teach the Business Management course (Gestión Empresarial) and have received six teaching awards for excellence.
Students describe me as a patient, creative, and motivating teacher with a fun and engaging approach. I’m always exploring new ways of teaching and learning, including the use of artificial intelligence and modern educational tools
