Acerca de Anisbely

Over 15 years ago, I began my adventure helping people learn Spanish in different parts of the world. I hold a degree in Philology and Literature, with specializations in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language (Master's in ELE), Jungian Art Therapy, and Transpersonal Art Therapy, as well as other training courses related to my field of work.

Currently, I lead my project Español con Any (you can take a look at my social media.). This is a method centered on the student as a human being, a more holistic way to teach and learn. Also, I have lived in Venezuela, Spain, Germany, and Costa Rica. This journey has connected me with dozens of students and ways of learning, as well as the possibility of navigating different cultures, speaking other languages, and finding those bridges that unite us.

I truly enjoy teaching Spanish, especially watching my students' progress—not just academically, but personally. Good humor, patience, and empathy are the main ingredients of my classes.

After years of experience and study, I have developed a method centered on the student as a human being, going far beyond teaching grammar and vocabulary. I also focus on what you truly need in your daily life, managing emotions and blocks when interacting with native speakers, as well as providing learning techniques tailored to your way of understanding the world.

Living in so many countries and learning German from scratch taught me that students are more than simple machines to be programmed with grammar and vocabulary. Of course, I also focus on the formal aspects of the language. In my classes, I use videos, texts, recordings, exercises, role-plays, games, and various other elements to make the language more accessible for you. You set the learning pace, and together we plan the classes according to your needs and performance. I like that you talk a lot in my classes about topics that really interest you, that's why I usually do a little interview before starting.

But, beside that, I realize that learning another language also implies a shift in paradigms, another way of seeing and understanding life; it is also dealing with that new identity that emerges when you speak a language that isn't your own. I understand the limitations, the frustration, the feeling of being lost, and how—no matter how much you study—you ultimately freeze up when interacting with native speakers. I know, it can be devastating! But all roads lead to Rome. That is why my classes are designed exclusively to meet your real needs, so you can apply what you've learned in your daily life and manage the emotions that arise along the way.

Normally, I use platforms like Google Meets to teach online, as well as other digital applications to play, learn and communicate. And I offer you your virtual workspace in Google Drive. However, I can adapt to the technological resources of each student.

Whether the goal is to pass the DELE exam, live in a Spanish-speaking country for a season, or get the job of your dreams. Humor and creativity are never lacking in my classes, as I like my students to enjoy the learning experience to the fullest ...
