Acerca de Maksims
The study of human behavior and perception starts with the mechanism of attention. The conclusion that human attention is highly valuable in the scientific, philosophical and cultural way of describing it, led me to the research of photographic realism, storytelling, history and the physics of light. Understanding the value of attention and that the attention is flawed, is key in our information/signal rich society. Sadly, there is not enough emphasis on teaching this in our civilization. So to teach about the above mentioned subjects of Creativity, Emotional Intelligence, Storytelling and Visual Literacy, I start teaching from the "must know and understand" basics of the attention mechanism. The approach is unique and has proven to be very effective when taught in the Netherlands.

Maksims es uno de los mejores profes que conozco! Es super dedicado y paciente, prepara muy bien las clases, sabe cómo explicar mejor que otros y es muy profesional. Sin duda lo recomiendo, además es muy agradable platicar con él, sabe de todo!
Ik heb Maksims leren kennen toen ik een artikel in de wijkkrant schreef over zijn film over Tsjernobyl, uit die film zie je al zijn grote talent. Maar zijn talent is ook terug te vinden in zijn enorme kracht om mensen te stimuleren. Door de cursus die ik bij hem heb gevolgd, ben ik anders naar dingen gaan kijken. Ik heb daardoor de rust gevonden, daarvoor waardeer ik hem zeer.
