Acerca de Andy
My journey and experience into fitness started long time ago. I have been doing sports and fitness most of my life. I studied Personal Training level 2 and 3 in England where I was also working in a gym teaching classes and coach people one on one sessions. I studied at college for nurses so the understanding of the body function and anatomy combined with a fitness knowledge makes me a confident trainer who likes to help people to live more active and healthier lifestyle. It is going to be my pleasure to work with you step by step to reach your goals.
