My name is Javier, I have a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and more than 5 years of experience in the world of fitness.
I help adults over 30 to lose fat, gain muscle and build lasting habits through simple, personalised and truly sustainable plans.
I am known for my approachability, motivation and total commitment to each student. I work with you in a tailored and progressive way so that you can progress safely, confidently and without complications or miracle methods.
