Acerca de Kimberley
Kimberley is an experienced and highly qualified teacher who has been teaching English to foreigners in Europe and Australia since 2009. She is currently the head teacher of an ESL department at a primary/high school in Sydney, Australia with the majority of her students completing the HSC. Her passion for English stems from her first love, singing, where Kimberley studied voice at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music. She performed with a band for seven years and toured the USA, Australia and Asia. Kimberley wrote all the lyrical content performed by the group. Her love for poetry and pronunciation is evident in her lessons.
After completing her degree in voice, she decided she wanted to share her knowledge and cultural aspects of the English language with English learners and went on to study a Post Graduate Diploma in Education. The moment she finished that course in Brisbane, Australia, she moved to Milan, Italy and taught at a prestigious international school. In the evenings she also taught Business English to people in the corporate world. Wanting a new challenge, Kimberley moved to Paris, France and found herself at a French/English bilingual school. Three years later she was ready to move back to Australia and quickly found work teaching English to foreigners in Sydney, Australia. To expand on her professional learning, she has also completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education - TESOL at the University of New South Wales.
Kimberley is currently working on an English learning podcast which will be available towards the end of 2019.
