I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher training certified by Yoga Alliance in 2020 at the Radiantly Alive studio in Bali, Indonesia.
I also practice a lot of mindfulness meditation, following several Vipassana meditation retreats in silence...and other certifications as philosophy and pranaymas.

Hello yogis and yoginis,
I often base my classes on a specific theme, which can range from chakras to our relationship with the inner and outer worlds, or even just words like forgiveness, transformation, or the elements...
I enjoy building flows around these themes, quoting simple texts or poems to stay inspired throughout the session, all accompanied by music.
In the first few minutes, I focus on exchange and meditation to anchor ourselves in our practice and reduce the turbulence of our minds.
In private lessons, I of course adapt to the student and their needs, while in group classes, I enjoy encouraging students to interact with each other through creative and inspiring games.
I guarantee an escape into our own bodies, acting with and for our bodies rather than against them.
I also strive to inspire the student with the desire to learn for themselves, to understand their bodies, because each person has a different body. Therefore, we must learn how to understand ourselves and adapt to our weaknesses or strengths.
I like to transmit the magic that touched me several years ago when I started yoga, because yes, yoga is a natural magic that is accessible to all, allowing for a profound transformation and healing of the self.
I guarantee an immersion in a world of calm, peace, and magic.
My flows are dynamic, creative, based on the synchronization of movement and breath with intention.
The end of the class is a moment of calm, to integrate everything we've learned during the session. I like to use Tibetan bowls and meditation, guiding the student to scan their body for total relaxation.
I look forward to introducing you to my world and beginning together this inner dance that is yoga.
