You need to learn or improve your Spanish?
In my classes, either individual (in-class, Skype) or in small groups (up to 6 participants), I will help you advance in an effective and creative way. The in-class courses can take place at the language center Fractágora Idiomas or in-company, at your workplace.
I am Ruth Madrigal, a Spanish teacher with high qualification and many years of experience.
If you want to learn Spanish, HERE ARE THREE MYTHS YOU SHOULD FORGET:
1. SPANISH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PRONOUNCE. If a Spanish speaker can learn how to pronounce the tongue twister “The dough-faced ploughboy coughed roughly and hiccoughed his way to Loughborough”, you will also be able to pronounce the sentence “Jorge Juárez hace ejercicio en Zaragoza”.
2. YOU’LL NEVER USE THE SPANISH VERB TENSES PROPERLY. If a Spanish speaker can use the Pluperfect tense to say “All the faith she had had had had no effect on the outcome of her life”, you will also be able to use Condicional and Subjuntivo tenses to say “Me gustaría que trajeras vino, si lo hubiere” (I would like you to bring wine, if there were some).
3. SPANISH SLANG IS VERY RUDE. It may seem so at first glance, for example if someone from Cádiz greets you with the sentence “¿Qué pasa, pisha?” (What’s up, dick? - if you’re a boy) or “¿Qué pasa, shosho?” (What’s up, pussy? - if you’re a girl). You’re not beeing called an idiot or a coward: it just means “What’s up, guy?” and “What’s up, gal?”

- small group classes: up to 6 participants
- preparing for an official exam (DELE, Escuela Oficial de Idiomas)
- professional Spanish for a new job or to improve your job opportunities
- relocation in Madrid
Our way of teaching is communicative and practical, aimed at the communication needs of real life and based on most current topics. It is also collaborative: we teach and learn in team, creating together and sharing online everything we do in the class. We help you advance in a fast, creative and effective way.
We use our own teaching materials, because it is very important for us that the materials fit the real learning needs or our pupils. Online tools like Drive and Quizlet play a very important role in our teaching for the creation of materials, with the aim to facilitate and foster learning
Our one-to-one classes can be in-class at our school (in Antón Martín, at the very heart of Madrid), at your workplace or via Skype.
