Acerca de Charlie
My name is Charlie,I am a 28 yo Frenchie who's been living in Barcelona for a few month.
After years of personal practice, I did my Yoga Teaching Certificate in Vancouver at Vancouver School of Healing Arts.
As a yoga lover and world wanderer, I am always looking to bring bright and positive energies into my life.
My goal is to live a healthy life yes but mainly a HAPPY one !
It is all about balance, no need to push privation to the breaking point !

Live consciously to reconnect with yourself, feel fulfilled and access to happiness.
My goal teaching you yoga is to reconnect you with your true self to develop your happiness odyssey.
You will get in touch with your awareness, appreciate your body and free yourself to raise your frequency to the reality you are looking for.
My two favourite mantras are:
BE LHIM- Liberty and Happiness in This Moment
Be aware, Breathe, Blossom
Finally my Method is around 4 important guidelines:
- Kindness: My main goal is that all of my students feel comfortable coming into my classes.
- Movement : Flow with me to reconnect to your energies and gain in strength, flexibility and mobility. Dive in the practice and explore the magic of your own body.
- Acceptance: It is important to acknowledge where we are at and embrace, appreciate it. We don’t all have the same flexibility, strengths, or talent.
- Positivity: This one pairs up with acceptance.
It is ok to get frustrated sometimes because of our limitations and don’t make it to where we wanted to. That’s when we need to take some distance. Observe the process you’ve already been through and keep showing up for yourself.
Repetition is key to refinement.
