Dear reader
I love being healthy and helping others find peace through physical and mental health. Seeing others finding ease with my help gives me pleasure and sense of purpose. That gives me the motivation to learn more about different tools of how to give people and myself the best mental and physical support possible.
My general working experience:
– Currently working as Vinyasa yoga teacher at La Salita Estudio De Pilates Y Yoga, Madrid, Spain
-Vinyasa yoga instructor at Domcity Cross Training for 1 year, Utrecht, The Netherlands
-Vegetarian/vegan food Cook at Vegitalian for 1.5 years, Utrech, The Netherlands
-Behaviour change researcher at MAC Georgia for 4 months, Tbilisi, Georgia
-Karma yogi at Yogacentrum Tilburg for 1.5 years, Tilburg, The Netherlands
My educational background:
-Delight Yoga Teacher Training: Basic Teacher Training (200 hours) at Delight Yoga, Amsterdam, Portugal
-The Essentials of Yoga: Pre-Teacher Training (50 hours) at Delight Yoga, Amsterdam, Netherlands
-Bachelor of Medicine (completion of 3 years), Tbilisi State Medical University, Tbilisi, Georgia

My classes are all in English. Style - Vinyasa flow, accompanied by instrumental music. Classes can vary from 45 min to 1.5 hours. Classes usually start with small meditation. Students are guided throughout the whole classes - how to combine breath with movement. Each class ends in Shavasana where students are left alone with music.
